The Yoga Foundation Statement

Bethany Cantin is a Yoga Therapist and a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner who brings a vibrant energy and a dedicated spirit to her fifteen years of inspiring others to deepen their connection to life. She teaches private therapy yoga sessions, offers ayurvedic workshops, consultations and seasonal cleanses and leads weekly group meditations for corporations in the greater Boston area. In addition she offers free yoga programs for individuals in crisis though the non-profit component of The Yoga Foundation.

Bethany teaches an uplifting interdisciplinary style of yoga incorporating postures, meditation, breath work and ayurvedic principles for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. She has taught over 10,000 hours of private yoga therapy sessions and believes this approach is the deepest and most enriching way to explore the practice of yoga. Bethany is recognized by NAMA (the National Ayurvedic Medical Association) as an Ayurvedic Practitioner and has certifications from The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico in Pulse Assessment and The Kerala Ayurveda Academy in California for her Ayurvedic Wellness certification She has also worked in India, completing internships at Ayurvedagram in Bangalore and Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Cochin.
